Terms of Service

By using ChayaNetwork, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account — specifically section 5, which outlines the technical limitations of the service.

The Service

ChayaNetwork is a DNS-based internet filtering service built for families. Through our service:

  • Harmful, adult, and inappropriate websites are automatically blocked.
  • Parents can manually allow or block specific sites and apps as they see fit.
  • Individual profiles can be created for different family members.
  • Internet usage statistics and weekly reports are available.

You do not need to install complex applications to activate the service. On Android, a hostname is added to Private DNS settings. On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, a configuration profile is installed.

Account and Security Responsibility

To register for an account, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Keep your password confidential.
  • Assume full responsibility for all activities originating from your account.

An account is designated for solitary family use. Commercializing, renting, or reselling access is strictly prohibited.

Trials, Plans and Pricing

Upon registration, a 7-day free trial starts automatically. You do not need to provide a credit card or upfront payment. During the trial, all features are unlocked, albeit with a limit of 1 profiles.

Following the trial, the available regular plans are:

  • Monthly: 149 BDT / month · Maximum 3 profiles.
  • Yearly: 1049 BDT / year · Maximum 5 profiles.
  • Lifetime: 5249 BDT, one-time · Maximum 5 profiles · No expiration.

The Lifetime plan is an exclusive offering activated manually via WhatsApp. Price alterations, if any, will be properly communicated to active subscribers at least 30 days prior.

Payments

Payments are initiated primarily via bKash or Nagad. Customers send the payment directly using the details on the dashboard and then submit their TrxID. We also verify payments manually if an alternative channel like Rocket or a bank transfer is pre-arranged via WhatsApp.

  • Payments are manually verified; upon success, your subscription is activated.
  • There are no auto-renewals. We do not silently collect funds from you. You must renew the subscription manually.
  • If a subscription expires, your DNS filtering service pauses immediately.

Service Limitations

IMPORTANT: DNS filtering offers an effective outer defense layer, but it does not guarantee impenetrable security. A knowledgeable user can bypass our filters by configuring a custom VPN or manually reverting the DNS configuration on their device.

Consequently, we do not warrant that:

  • Every single piece of malicious or harmful content will always be blocked.
  • The service will operate entirely un-interrupted (our goal is 99.9% uptime).
  • A deliberately blocked website or application feature will remain permanently inaccessible in all scenarios.

Prohibited Actions

  • Selling, sub-licensing, or renting the service out.
  • Deploying a single account across multiple unrelated households.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to ChayaNetwork systems or circumventing system limits.
  • Registering via spoofed, misleading, or counterfeit identities.

Account Termination

You are free to abandon or request deletion of your account at anytime. We hold the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any term is violated, upon evidence of payment fraud, or if the system capabilities are abused.

Limitation of Liability

ChayaNetwork shall not be held liable if:

  • Harmful content is viewed due to the deployment of a VPN or bypass tool.
  • The DNS service momentarily fails because of constraints in your ISP or native device software.
  • You sustain indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the service implementation.

Disputes

If you have complaints, please let us know directly. We promise maximum effort to settle matters cooperatively within 7 business days. These Terms of Service are bound by and managed according to the respective laws of Bangladesh.
